Editorial Guidelines
Our commitment to quality, independence, and transparency
1. Our Mission
Fullstack Daily exists to deliver high-quality, signal-over-noise technology journalism to developers and tech enthusiasts. In an industry flooded with clickbait and shallow coverage, we are committed to substance over sensationalism.
Our goal is simple: to be the single trusted source where you can stay informed about what truly matters in technology. We cover the full stack of the tech industry, from semiconductors and AI models to products, startups, and market movements, with accuracy, clarity, and context.
Every article we publish is written to inform, not to provoke. We believe that understanding technology shouldn't require a PhD, and we strive to make complex topics accessible without compromising accuracy or depth.
2. Editorial Independence
Our editorial decisions are never influenced by commercial interests. We do not accept payment for coverage, and no company can buy their way into our editorial content.
Sponsored Content
Currently, Fullstack Daily does not publish sponsored content or native advertising. Should this change in the future, any paid content will be clearly and prominently disclosed with labels such as "Sponsored," "Partner Content," or "Advertisement."
Affiliate Links
We may occasionally include affiliate links to products or services we mention. These links are always disclosed, and we only recommend products or services we believe are valuable to our readers. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial judgment.
Review Policy
When we review products, software, or services, we do so independently. We never accept payment for positive reviews, and our assessments are based solely on merit and relevance to our audience.
3. Sourcing Standards
Accuracy is the foundation of credible journalism. We adhere to rigorous sourcing standards to ensure the information we publish is reliable and verifiable.
Primary Sources
We prioritize primary sources whenever possible, including:
- Official company announcements and press releases
- Direct statements from company representatives
- Government filings and regulatory documents (SEC filings, patents, etc.)
- Academic research papers and technical documentation
- Product documentation and official changelogs
Attribution
We clearly attribute information to its source. When we report on news originally broken by another publication, we credit that publication and link to the original story.
Verification
Before publishing, we verify information through multiple sources when possible. For breaking news, we clearly indicate when information is preliminary or unconfirmed, and we update stories as more information becomes available.
Rumors and Speculation
When reporting on rumors or speculation, we clearly label them as such. We evaluate the credibility of sources and provide appropriate context about the reliability of unconfirmed information.
4. Corrections Policy
We take accuracy seriously and acknowledge that mistakes can happen. When errors occur, we correct them promptly and transparently.
Minor Corrections
For minor errors such as typos, spelling mistakes, or formatting issues that don't affect the substance of the article, we make silent corrections without annotation.
Substantive Corrections
For factual errors or corrections that affect the meaning or accuracy of an article, we add a visible correction notice at the top or bottom of the article, clearly stating:
- What was incorrect
- What the correct information is
- When the correction was made
We never silently alter published content in a way that changes its meaning. Transparency in our corrections builds trust with our readers.
Reporting Errors
If you spot an error in our coverage, please contact us at kontakt@bitzer-fabian.de with the subject line "Correction Request." We will investigate and respond promptly.
5. AI Usage Policy
In the spirit of transparency, we disclose our use of AI tools in the editorial process.
How We Use AI
We may use AI tools to assist with:
- Research and information gathering from multiple sources
- Summarizing technical documentation or long-form content
- Drafting initial outlines or structures for articles
- Grammar checking and copy editing
- Generating ideas for coverage angles
Human Oversight
All content published on Fullstack Daily is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human editor. AI is a tool that assists our editorial process, but it never replaces human judgment, fact-checking, or editorial decision-making.
Every fact, quote, and source mentioned in our articles is verified by a human. We do not blindly trust AI-generated information, and we take full responsibility for the accuracy of everything we publish.
Original Analysis
Our analysis, commentary, and editorial perspectives are human-authored. While AI may help us organize information or suggest angles, the insights and opinions expressed are our own.
6. Conflict of Interest
We believe in full transparency about any relationships or affiliations that could influence our coverage.
Financial Interests
We do not invest in, hold equity in, or maintain financial relationships with companies we cover. Should this change, we will disclose any relevant financial interests at the beginning of related articles.
Personal Relationships
If we have personal or professional relationships with individuals or companies we cover, we disclose these relationships in the relevant articles.
Gifts and Perks
We do not accept gifts, free products, or special access from companies in exchange for coverage. If we receive review units or demo access for legitimate editorial purposes, we disclose this in our coverage.
7. How We Select Stories
Not every tech announcement deserves coverage. We apply editorial judgment to determine what's newsworthy and relevant to our audience.
Newsworthiness Criteria
We prioritize stories that are:
- Significant: Stories that have meaningful impact on the tech industry, developers, or users
- Timely: Breaking news and developments that matter now
- Relevant: Topics that align with our coverage areas (AI, semiconductors, products, startups, market, security)
- Substantive: Stories with enough depth to provide real value, not just noise
- Accurate: Stories we can verify through credible sources
What We Don't Cover
We generally avoid:
- Clickbait and sensationalized stories designed purely for engagement
- Trivial product updates or announcements with minimal impact
- Unverified rumors or speculation without credible sourcing
- Stories that duplicate coverage already provided by other outlets without adding value

The tech industry moves fast, but our commitment to accuracy, independence, and transparency remains constant.
